    Rehab is going great. I'm able to workout now. I can start jumping today and will be able to do full workouts. I'm about a couple of weeks away from being released to play 5 on 5 and go up and down the court.

    Another good week in the books. I'm walking better and my hip strength is getting stronger overall. I've started doing squats and lunges, which are big for me.

    I'm 4 weeks post-op yesterday.  I'm feeling great and my walking is a lot better -- very close to normal. I feel my strength coming back in my hip and leg.  I can start shooting today flat-footed (no jumping yet,) so I'm going to take advantage of that and start getting up shots.

    Hey Blazers fans. I write this post with a lot of thankfulness and gratitude. My first rehab is going well. I'm officially walking and no longer need to use crutches at all. I’m getting my mobility back and have started some strengthening activity. But, this past week was a very scary one for me. On Saturday I came down with a blood virus. I quickly became sick and had to be rushed to the hospital.

    Hello again. Had a good day today. Did the Ultra G treadmill that lets you walk at different body weights using air pressure and did a good pool workout.  Feeling good! Not walking normal yet, but I'm happy to be walking at all after 2 weeks on crutches. Have a good weekend. LA
