To do the cool things, you have to be logged in first.
Couple weeks into the season, I observed some interesting things happening in the season. There are things I like, and things I don't like. Here are some bullet-points.
- Portland has been very impressive this season in dodging injuries so far.
Lets take a look at some of the notable injuries.
- Derrick Rose, Ricky
As a fan who really wants Trail Blazers to be in the playoffs, the Rivals Plan makes the most 'cents' for me (although I can't buy a plan because of my unpredictable work schedule....). All of the games are against some star-studded teams that will make your time worthwhile. However, there are many other factors that make this plan the golden one for me.
Playoff? Is it a realistic goal from the Trail Blazers team? The western conference has become deeper than it was last season. Minnesota added some pieces to their roster. Healthy Golden State Warriors may emerge as a dark horse. The youngsters of Utah Jazz are only improving. Mavericks may win less games than the season before, but will still stay in the playoff race. Right now, I see Portland fighting very hard for the 8th seed by the end of the coming season.
How should Portland approach with their expiring contracts, free agency, and the draft? Here are my answers.
