This past Media Day, I was fortunate enough to be able to sit down and interview the Trail Blazers and Head Coach Terry Stotts ... But these aren't your average, run-of-the-mill basketball questions. Without further ado, here is the next installment of "On The Clock" with

What's your favorite character on Martin?
Wesley Matthews: Martin, Cole, and Bruh Man (
Ed Note: Wes originally said just Martin and Cole, but when I told him my favorite was Bruh Man he said to throw him in the mix too.)
What's your favorite character on Fresh Prince of Bel Air?
WM: Hilary and Carlton (
Ed Note: This wasn't in my original list of questions but when I asked Wesley about his favorite character on Martin he said he actually liked Fresh Prince of Bel Air the best.)

WM: Yes! I can do the Carlton dance.
What's your favorite cartoon?
WM:Phineas and Ferb
What's your favorite Friday movie?
WM: First one

WM: Dey-Dey
Where's your favorite place to eat in Portland?
WM: Jake's
What's the snack food you can't live without?
WM: Those Franz molasses cookies
What's your least favorite food?
WM: Unknown
If you didn't attend Marquette, you would have played basketball where?
WM: No idea. Marquette or bust.
If you played professional soccer, what position would you play?
WM: Goal scorer
What's your favorite pair of Jordan's all-time?
WM: Concords
Who is the one former NBA legend you would love to match up with 1-on-1?
WM: Hersey Hawkins in his prime
Who's winning the Super Bowl this year?
WM: Vikings! (
Ed Note: I knew he'd go there, so I had to make sure to follow up with the next question. To his credit, Wes' Vikings overachieved and exceeded expectations this season. From having the 3rd pick in the draft to making the playoffs, it was a nice bounce back season for both the Vikes and Adrian Peterson who nearly set the single-season rushing record.)
Besides the Vikings?
WM: Probably the 49ers (
Ed Note: I had to mention that, that was my team. But also gave props to the Vikings for dominating my squad back in Week 3.)
