Sneak Preview: Trail Blazers New, Alternate Red Jersey

In case you haven't heard, the Trail Blazers are getting a new alternative, red uniform for the 2012-13 season. While the finished product won't be revealed until Media Day, which falls on October 1st this year, here's a glimpse of what's in store. These brand new jerseys will debut on Halloween Night against the Lakers inside the Rose Garden! Does it get any better than that? And not to be forgotten, if you're going to be in attendance that night, make sure to #WearRed.

*UPDATE*
These jerseys will be available to purchase Monday, October 1st online and in-person Tuesday at the Rose Garden Fan Shop.

  1. Without me having yet seen the full design, I believe that this alternative jersey looks good, and should be the primary jersey of this team. It should then be the basis for a redesign of the jerseys worn at the Rose Garden. It has a "retro" feel, when the old teams would wear reds on the road rather than black. The current jerseys look outdated.
