Don't Go KP!!!

By bullpenguin Posted in: kevinpritchard
While, I do trust Paul Allen to do what he considers to be in the best interest of the team, as a fan I have to base an opinion on what I know. If there are things going on in the front office being kept private that influence their possible decision to oust him, we cannot guess what those are and should not make stuff up.

All I know is that I love what Pritchard has done for us thusfar. He’s brought us Roy, Aldridge, Oden, Miller, Batum, and Bayless. And in my opinion, that base of young talent is what makes the team what it is today: a playoff contender for the second straight year.

Has there been some speed bumps? Turkoglu perhaps? Maybe. But I’m pretty happy when I see Andre lead us to victory against Toronto. Should we have picked Durant? Maybe, but knowing what Pritchard knew at the time I still think he made the right decision. After all, we had Roy and no big man. People seem to have forgotten our situtation at the time.

All and all, as a Blazer fan I love KP and would be very sad if he were forced out of the organization. I’d like to think we’re better than that.  Of course, all that being said, KP will be just fine without the Blazers.  He's just too smart and talented to be out of work for any length of time.  So my worry is for the Blazers, not the man.

  1. We have all gone through hard times, helping each other through them is what helps humans get better. I think if you get rid of a good man kevinpritchard would be a mager mistake. The team went through troubled time this last year and they got further than anyone gave them a chance to, GO WITH a good man. God Bless the team.
