Well he did average 15 and 8I think with a good point guard and enough playing time he can be 17 and 10 player. Which would put him in top 15 definitely. He would be with Paul Milsap, Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett range in current power fowards. He can be a top 10
I agree. The problem is that he's only 6'9" and Aldridge's best position is PF so they have to split those minutes, with Aldridge getting the majority being an All-Star. If Aldridge could pack on some more muscle and get a little better on defense, I think he could be good at Center as well. If that happened, that would open up Hickson to getting up to 30ish minutes per game.In the last nine games of the season, Hickson averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds in 37 minutes, so I think those estimates are totally reachable. If this happens, I think we instantly become a much stronger team. Having a frontcourt of Aldridge/Hickson with Leonard backing up Aldridge at center would, in my opinion, be just as good as Memphis' Gasol-Randolph duo that decimated San Antonio in the playoffs a couple years ago.Excited much? I am! So glad we kept Hickson.
JJ needs to improve his defense to get ranked that high but let's hope he does.
