I think Elliot Williams will challenge Wes for starting role
I also think Wes is great as a leader for the bench squad...great defense and a motor that won't quit. Elliot I predict will have an impact this season
I think you're right when you say Barton is "raw." Which means he'll need some serious development before he's ready to consistently back-up or move into a starting role. I think Wesley will get the start and Elliot will be his back-up. Riverman, I agree that El will eventually challenge Wesley, but it'll take time. He's got the talent, he just doesn't have the experience yet. It'll be interesting to see what Stotts' philosophy is on developing younger players. Will he make them ride the pine with minimal minutes? Give them solid game time? Send them to Idaho?
