So what's your point? We all know Kobe is great or else he wouldn't be worth hating. But if you're trying to say that Kobe is the second best basketball player of all time behind Jordan, I'll have to disagree with you. He's probably the third best Laker in the history of the team, behind Magic and the Logo, so don't put him on to high of a pedestal. I will admit he's the best player in the league right now, but probably not for long.
wat im sayin is kobe is and will be the last to be the jordan esk typa player. and my point is that instead of hatin kobe realize that his mentality should b exemplary for the blazers..especially roy.
You know I disagree because although I agree he has tremendous talent and skills as a ball player, but I hate Kobe for who he is as a person. It is not "accusations" that got him to settle outside of court and get the charges dropped. Kobe is an arrogant, self entitled jerk who unfortunately is a children's role-model because of his outstanding basketball skills. Yes, he is a competitor. Yes he has skill, but I certainly do NOT want these Blazers looking up to him. I want them on top looking down on him hoisting a trophy and saying "Kobe, you won a ring and stand alone with shallow friends that will leave you in an instant. We won a trophy together as a team, as friends, and there is something much more rewarding about that. Nice guys don't finish last when they stand together." That is what I want to see. Forget Kobe. Bring on the Trailblazers and Rip City. I'll take that anyday.
