Two On Two ISO

By begonza
I wouldn't point any finger on anyone here. The game was truly exciting, but the two-on-two-ISO play of the Mavs in the 4th really made a difference. I was stupefied on that one, they figured it out how to get easy basket.

Anyway, Thursday night is home game. We'll be cheering because this is going to be our game.

Blazers bury the game in 3rd, then lock it tight in 10:00 of 4th. Slam the door in 5:00 and keep it that way in 1:50.

Make it happen.

Go Blazers!

  1. Good thought but I blame lack of defense on the three point line and doubling Dirk. I say play him like you would play against Lamarcus, One on one and make him shoot over the top all game even if he makes 50%. As it is we give up about 90% counting free throws, when we double him and he either leans in and goes to the foul line or passes to the open three shooters.

  2. No contest there, I wish our Blazers could cover them but...

The issue is not on our Blazers, the issue is the Mavs team. They are 3rd in the conference, that alone means a lot. A lot.

Plus, I realized how good Dirk was pairing with Barea or any small in that deadly pick-n-roll play. Moreover, the shots from 3-point land were like...not going to write about it.

But hey, we have to give the respect to the Mavs, they're not an easy-team-to-beat the way they they were perceived in the regular season. It's not like we got a team that will fall in the 4th quarter...uh uh.

So yeah, they fly here, enter the Rose Garden. Then what... ???

I'll leave it there, I'm looking forward to that.

I've watched them play the Home Game.

This is going to be our game!

    Our game.
