I think given court time Chris Johnson could give serious minutes at center and power forward. He has proven his worth in the D-league as the best center available, and there are some great players in the D-league. I say keep him around over the summer and let him grow with the team a little and a lot of people will be pleasantly shocked with the results. How long did it take Lamarcus to be a serious contributor? I believe Chris is on a faster track with his D-league experience and could be a starter at center by next season with a summer of practice learning from Lamarcus under his belt. And with the draft coming up we will pick Nolan Smith of Duke who is a shut down defender and a proven leader.
