See the Game Live

By blazerdarren77
I envy season ticket holders. They have the luxury of going to every Blazer game they want to. And if they can't go on a particular night, they have friends that are more than willing to go for them. They know where their seat is, hence they know which garage to park in, which entrance to go through. Sigh.
If your like me, you may have been lucky enough to go to 1 or 2 games out of the year, and that was it. Whether it's money (don't have enough of that) where you live ( I live in Redmond) or other circumstances that hold you back from going to more games than you would like to go, one thing is for sure; win or lose, you had a blast. It was worth it. Watching a Blazer game, or any sporting event is exciting.
Compare that to watching it on TV. Do you feel the roar of the crowd, the entertainment during timeouts or halftime from the comforts of your couch or recliner? No. Your stuck with those dumb commercials. You feel as if your not connected to the game. Besides, the game goes on forever because the clock on your DVD reminds you what time it is. At the game, time just flies by (unless the team is having an off night) Now one might say you don't have to pay for overcharged beer and snacks at your house, but let me say this; at the game, I don't really need to have any of these. In fact, it's difficult to get into the game while holding your snack or drink. Besides, it's better for you health wise.
So when the chance for you to go to a Blazer game comes your way, don't hesitate; GO! And when another chance to go to another game comes, go again. Go as much as your budget allows you to. And when your budget is maxed out, squeeze one more game in. You'll be glad you did.

  1. Yep, it's a totally different experience. Intense, high-energy, loud. Without Wheels and Tone, I frequently have no idea what just happened, but it's all good!
