gritty wins

By Kassandra
we're in the midst of perhaps the easiest part of our schedule and we've found a way to dig out five straight wins. the most recent three have followed the same pattern; fall behind early and come back in the second half to snare the win.

LaMarcus, Nicolas, Wesley, Rudy and company have shown remarkable hustle and a knack for coming up with the big plays when we need them.

while wins are always good, the guys are making some fans nervous, including this one. when we play teams like boston and san antonio later in the week, i don't think that formula is going to be successful. these teams simply don't give up big leads.

hopefully, we can play better from the get go when games against the tougher opponents.

  1. What concerns me is the amount of minutes that LA, Wesley, and Nicolaus are piling up. They have racked up 40+ minutes these past several games, which will take a toll at the end of the season.

  2. well we have shown that we can compete with any team in the league i think it is a matter of the players mental abbilties and not also i notice when we have a big lead we tend to slow down and watch and it becomes a one player game! but the blazers can play with the best and beat the best!!
