two on the road

for the first time since the first road trip of the season, the blazers will return home with a winning road trip. they really needed a confidence boost on the road and they got it with these wins over houston and minnesota.

it was a team effort in both games, but with different reflections in the boscore. seven guys scored in double figures against the rockets (the eighth had nine points). against the timberwolves, Wesley came out of a slump for a career-high 36 to lead a first half surge, while LaMarcus took over in the second half and the whole team banded together to hold off minnesota for the win.

this group is playing better and better together and really seem to enjoy playing the game -- just one of many intangibles this team possesses. we've got a tough match against miami at the rg. it'll be a tall order to beat them, but maybe we've earned enough confidence to coll off the heat.

we'll find out on sunday.
