I would avoid Beal, Sullinger, and any other players that are undersized for their positions. If we draft a Center, it should be a legit 7-footer.
With the 6th pick, the Blazers should take Harrison Barnes. Another long wing that can space the floor and slash isn't a threat to Batum, w...

I remember meeting Nate as a 7 year old in a basketball camp when he came down from Seattle to meet and encourage kids to play basketball. I've been a fan of Nate McMillan ever since, and was really happy 7 years ago when he came to take over the Blazers after a great run with the Sonics. Nate's do...

NOT WORTH IT. Too much baggage, in addition to DHawes' point about the contract.

I'd like Faried or Morris, but they're my backups to Nicola Vucevic. We need to draft legit centers, ideally 7'0" or above (I know he's 6'11"), and UCLA players have been successful making the jump quickly to the NBA level. Wouldn't mind either Faried or Morris, though.

Not worth giving up Batum. Rudy is somewhat expendable at this point, unfortunately, and if we're picking up a PG like Nash it's worth Miller and cash, but not worth Batum. Throw Luke Babbitt in there, have Phoenix call it a salary dump and start grooming Aaron Brooks. They can trade Vince Carter f...

A few quick points:
- Keep Andre Miller for another year (if the right deal comes along, pull the trigger of course)
- Same applies to Marcus Camby, who should start unless Oden can actually play.
- Roy is a Blazer in my book for as long as he wants to be. If he can start, he star...

Herr, he meant himself. :)
I wouldn't do it. Rondo's a dirty player, and we don't need that sort of thing on our roster. If it was for someone like Jeff Green, I'd be more interested though. If we can't sign and trade Oden, it might be best to not extend the qualifying offer and then t...

ESPN Trade Machine has Miller & Camby straight up for Howard meeting the NBA rules. I'd prefer to acquire Jameer Nelson & Howard, and us include Babbitt and Rudy to make the salaries work.
Reasons it would work: short term, Orlando frees up 3mil in cap room. After next year's s...

Well, first off, I think the Blazers are more likely to end up in the 6th seed than the 5th, because of NOH's schedule vs. ours, but I think even if that was the case OKC could pass the Lakers or somehow end up being our first round opponent anyway.
In terms of who wins, it depends on ...
