Thank you Blazers for playing hard and never giving up. Thank you Lillard for showing fire even when the team was losing big. We appreciate all of you even though we hate to see our favorite team consistently having to battle against teams with a much deeper talent base.

I really struggle with a 7' 1" center who plays so passively as well. His complete inability to outmuscle anyone for a rebound astounds me. When he "attacks the basket" he always turns his shoulders and backs in softly. How many times have I seen a flip shot or finger roll from...

Boomtown, thanks for starting a conversation on this topic but I must wholeheartedly disagree. I believe that the whole amateurism argument is a sham anyway. Many Asian nations have no amateur sports at any level. Children are identified at a very young age then coached, fed, taug...

Looks like all the mid-level players on the team are going to find a new home somewhere else with the possible exception of Pryz. Someone needs to mentor Meyers. These days, most teams do center by committee with the exception of those team with a Dwight Howard-type center. With Meyers,...

I wasn't going to post after the season but your analysis prompted a response. I see basketball less in terms of traditional positions (PG, SG, PF, etc.) and more in terms of function. The dreaded Lakers have often used Lamar Odom as there Initiator instead of the traditional PG. The qu...

In my humble opinion, the only piece left is a dominating inside presence who intimidates on defense and allows LMA to easily mix his outside game with his back to the basket game. Of course that assumes that Nate can hold BRoy to his allotted minutes and Brandons knees hold up. I am really n...

Thank you so much for your eloquent expression of support for Gerald. We here in the Pacific Northwest truly appreciate honest effort and many of us believe that Gerald is a perfect fit for this team and this fan base.

There is no comparison between the talent we received compared to what we gave. Gerald Wallace is every bit the Blazers 2.0 version of Jerome Kersey. He hasn't proved to be better than Jerome (yet) just that he "brings it" every game with great athleticism and tenacity Just like jerome....
