A good hard working man and a good coach, he will be missed. Never in my 7 years of watching him Coach Portland have I seen the team play with such little effort, hustle and heart. I know it was not all Nate's fault. We wish him the very best in his future wherever he goes from here.

It's early. Leave this stuff to Nate and Chad. Hope we can get the numbers right on Nic and Gerald and keep them both. We do have a nice team, I'd be disappointed in making a decision that we could regret later. We get on track, and hopefully soon.

I am guilty of talking about our offense a lot. Who can fly, who can shoot, who can post, who can make put backs. Is it just me or does it seem like we expend a lot of energy trying to get a look on offense? Or are we out of shape and the condensed schedule talking a toll? Probably a little of both...

It's early. Playoff time is when you get worried. After seeing Marcus taking a spill, all I want for Christmas (June) is a healthy team. These guys can make it happen. Playoff position is important but not at the cost of a key player.

A feel good story and certainly, when you look at how his game has evolved, he is a top tier 4 in this league. Portland often doesn't get the same recognition, but this guy has done nothing but get better from day one. We have seen him post up big names and make big shots. Congratulations ...

I love both guys. Would not want to lose either so as a fan, I can stand behind Coach Nate's comments here. Love em' both. They both should be starters. They both do different things at the 3. Don't want this drama to hurt the team chemistry. Unfortunately, Basketball is a business for us fans, as ...

ANyways, I am sure he is just committed toward greatness and tough on himself. I like seeing Gerald and Nic play together anyways, it's pretty cool.

it's early, I'd rather just enjoy one game at time, relish it, and watch us grow. We aren't under the radar as much as people say. We have a terrific team.

I could have guessed Kurt and Camby played together before. I think you make a good point about chemistry. There is clearly a high level of respect for everyone this roster, I think that is grounds to say this is NOT a team to overlook in any sense of the word.
