Good to see them working. Hard to tell anything as they are going half to a quarter speed and intensity wise. This is probably why some people seem to see them "hobbled or tentative. This is just a workout of going through motions. Would love to see some full contact 5 on 5.

Training staff cant prevent this type of injury, no staff in the world can. It is a freak injury that is caused by incident, not lack of preparation. Cool you'r jet's.
