Thank you Wes, for sacrificing the hip for the team and the W.  Not surprising, given how Blazer fans have come to know you, but appreciated nevertheless.  Truly a credit to this sport in an era where finding such credits seems futile.  The cold blooded three with two minutes left wasn't too shabby either:-).  Thank you LA for demonstrating what makes you invaluable to those who have doubted you...myself included.  A go-to guy in the post with the game on the line.  The word is INVALUABLE.  Hard to believe that Aldridge is ELEVENTH in all-star voting among western conference front court players. Thanks you guys.  Lillard gained some valuable experience tonight v Minny.

No question it amazing how sometimes Wes doesn't get the respect he deserves it doesn't matter if he's 100%, 50%, 10% healthy he gonna give you everything he has and he'll always have my respect for that. Thanks to Batum for his 3rd quarter Barrage and Lillard being solid as usual and of course L-Train for taking us home he may not be having the type of season he had for the last two years (he really hasn't had to since the other starters has step their game up) but, when we needed him he delivers.

Also shout out to the rest of the team for chipping in here and there and especially Claver for that poster on Stiemsma I really have been impressed from what I seen for him in the minutes he played it looks like we might have finally have a winner of the players we drafted from Spain I guess the 3rd time a charm.

Kudos to Nolan for never complaining about playing time or lack thereof. I dont see him in a Blazers uniform past this season but he's been a professional in the way he's handled obvious disappointments. I fault McMillan for not having the tools to develop our youth. Were Nolan drafted on Stotts' watch, he'd be a far better player because Stotts gives players an opportunity to shine. Super duper shout out to Nic Batum for being worth every dime of his new contract as of late. Unlike Hibbert, he has stepped his game up in every category. Looks like we dodged a bullet with that Hibbert thing.Big ups to Wesley for adding the ability to put the ball on the floor and create shots for himself. LILLARD ! Nuff said. The kid is a diamond. And to JJ. Where the hell would we be this season without JJ ? Humungous shout out to the D League, for affording us the opportunity to groom some of our youth and keep them from getting rusty just marinating there on the bench. And lastly, to Stotts for having a plan. Just when it looks like we're headed for a letdown, he comes up with masterful plays that our boys run to the letter. Talk about having faith and working with what you've got. Rip City is again relevant and for that, im thankful.

WESLEY!!!! Wes, Nic and La beat the Heat when it counted last night! Nic's steal was a game changer, Wes hit those 2 3s ana Lamarcus got rebounds that were crucial to the win. They found a way to defend the Heat and beat them, what a grind out victory!

Despite the loss I want to shout out the team and Lillard for going down fighting this had all the making to be an annihilation but, we fought hard and gave ourselves a fighting chance. One thing I had to show appreciation to is that we know how to close when the game is close 6-2 when it's 3 pts. or less, 5-0 in overtime that just shows the hard work this team put in and the masterful job Stotts has done to put us in a position to win, we are letting the league know that you don't want to face us in a close game keep up the good work boys and show OKC we ain't scared of no Thunder. Batum records his first tripple double versus the Wizards: 12 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds.  Tough loss, but Nic was all over the place.  It's only the third tripple double by a Blazer in Rose Garden history.  After the game, Batum said it doesn't even count, because Portland got swept by the Wizards (9-30), and they lost 6 straight.  That's good stuff right there.

LaMarcus dominated like an allstar against the Pacers, the bench didn't give up too much when the starters sat! Great to get a blowout win! At one pt I  noticed JJ's stats were 13-14 and Hibberts were 9-7..makes  a case for winning without a true center

First time since Clyde/Kersey that two blazers in the same game scored at least 20pts and grabbed 13 boards.

LA and Hickson vs Dallas: 55 pts, 28 reb, 4 blk, 2 stl

    -  Hickson 8 for 8 from the free throw line

    -  LA hit his 1st 3 of the season to tie the game with 4.9 seconds

    -  LA hits game winner with 1.5 seconds

I could not agree more.  The only thing that took the horrible taste outta my mouth after that loss what knowing how hard Portland played.  I have not seen a Blazer game officiated that poorly since they last lost to the Fakers in the Western Conference finals.  Those refs should be put on administrated leave indefinitely.

Happy 21st birthday Meyers.  Big fella had a breakout game tonight v Denver.  In 16 minutes; 13pts on 4-7, and 5 boards.  Wasn't just how many points (career high), rather HOW he got them.  Finally starting to see the kid go chest to chest...not turning the hips fearing contact.  If Meyers can do this consistently and learn to pick his spots to challenge, limiting foul trouble, he may just be what this team is needing long term at the 5.  While still a ways away, steps were taken this evening...big steps.

I should just cut and paste Victor Claver praise for his efforts and hustle even though he made a mistake at the end. The bench is growing up!

Its so nice to see Leonard being what we saw in him to pick him up. The last 3 games make me want to name him Meyers "Monster" Leonard. lol way to go team keep up the good work
