    Welcome aboard Blazer247! He joins myself, bdawg, and common as the moderators of the message boards. If the boards start to see a hike in traffic and another moderator is needed, I'll definitely keep everyone in mind. Thanks again to everyone who either threw their hat in the ring or nominated someone else.

    One question.... Is " WTF, Expletive, F-Bomb, Expletive, F-U, Stinkin' Lakers %$#@& !!!!!!" legal on our site? Or do we have to be more cordial when speaking of the %$#@& Lakers?

    Come on people, who cares? Let's talk Blazers basketball.

    If you have to think about whether or not a word or two may offend someone else or might stretch the rules then use a different choice of words.

    Acronyms are cool, but if we can look at a word and you only took out one or two letters, then that's masked swearing, which is pretty much the same thing. So stay passionate, but please keep it within reason. That's all we ask. Now back to basketball...

    Me too. Now i need the Blazers to hate them as well. I hate the refs for that blown call against the Thunder. I hate Minn. for getting Brandon. I hate Boston just because. Im from NY and i hate them also. I hate Starbucks for selling coffee that i can find at Safeway. I hate Fiat's. I hate haters.

    Hate is a four letter word in my home...but, I'm at the office.  I hate the Lakers also...with a passion.  Anyone who simply buys what others must earn gets no respect from me.  I will be first in line with the Nelson (from Simpsons fame) point and laugh when/if this Laker team doesn't get fitted for rings...as their payroll is nearly double that of our Blazers.  Can't imagine paying luxury tax on that.

    Lol Common. Haters unite! And indeed, Fiats suck quite badly.

    The question is not "To Hate or Not To Hate", but "Who do I put my Hate on?" The only part of your list that I disagree with is Boston, but other than that we are speaking the same lingo amigo.

    I think any real Blazer Fan should have a passionate Hate (or if we're avoiding 4 letter words, we can go with a passionate combination of Disgust and Lack-o-Respect) for at least Minnesota, Oklahoma City, Los Angeles, David Stern, STERN'S REFS, and starbucks. Fiats too.

    But what about Brandon Roy? Is this situation really understood enough that we know he didn't have any part of the decisions to leave our team and eventually to end up with a division rival? If we're going to hate on Minny, I think it deserves to be spread around to all who helped that side. I've said it in posts before, when I look at all the pieces and the perspectives that he had, it doesn't make sense to me to make his choices, if I was him. A pit has been growing in my stomach that I've given Roy too much love and respect because I thought he was one of the Better Ones, and he's actually not that different from other athletes that I respect a lot less.

    That scares me (and I hate it!)

    I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
