Steve Nash has Portland on his shortlist

    Nash would be so deadly off the ball too... especially this late in his career...  Lillard and Nash would have Porltand back in the mix

    I think its a long shot though.... if we miss out on Lillard it would be a dark day

    He's coming to portland. Count on it! think about what neil said after the draft, he wants someone if free agency who isn't just going to come for one season but who can mentor lillard and nolan. he also traded the second round pick for cash considerations, which tells me although we're in rebuild mode he believes that adding a little experience to our depth is going to fuel us, rather than just adding more youth for depth. I count on us signing freeland, possibly claver but who knows if he can transfer to the nba so he's a maybe, Nash, Hickson, Batum, and possibly either Kaman, Thabeet, or Omar Asik.

    Nash will be brushing that hair back over his ears with freshly licked palms in the purple and gold next season.  He was dealt to the Lakers in a sign and trade last night, the 4th of July (ofcourse) around 6pm PST.  One MORE reason for this market to dislike the OTHER team now in Los Angeles
