O'neil has stated he'd like to come back and he's a big upgrade over Jeffries. Jarret Jack is going to be available and almost got 6 man of the year. Patty Mills is a great guy to have on your team. Then there are Martell Webster and Travis Outlaw who played really good against us this season. Andre Miller, well I just miss Dre. Joel Pryzbilla, Marcus Camby, Kurt Thomas and Juwan Howard, I think all will retire. Jarred Bayless is having a better season in Memphis. Which of the former Blazers still playing would you like to see back? O'Neil and Jack are my top two and that's because we just can't afford to bring Dre back. I intentionally left out Raymond Felton out of personal prejudice.

Even if Fatty McCupcake plays like an all star. Excuse me for a second, I just defecated while laughing, we would not want him back. I would sell my soul for Andre Miller. Also for a Healthy Oden. Also, I just realized his name is Oden, like Odin, the Norse God. Jack would be the perfect backup because he is the perfect backup but I don't think he will come cheap after the season he had. Martell and Outlaw are one hit wonders. Play good for a match, then back to riding the bench. I would like Bayless. Did you guys see that buzzer beating finger roll? Iceman eat your heart out. O'neal is solid. Good fit, realistic possibility.

I am a fan of Raymond Felton. Haha, seriously though I'm a fan of Batum's Lobs and JJ's Slams.

I would welcome Webster back if he can continue to make 40% from 3. Jack looks well improved too.

Bayless was alot like Barton when he came to us. Erratic and out of control. At least barton smiles. Bayless always had a scowl on his face. So did everyone else for that matter who played under Nate Mac.

Bayless is not the answer sure he found a niche in Memphis this year but let him stay there. Especially because he is a much better shoot guard than PG.

Elliot was a stud in LaMarcus' summer  games. I think he'll get an invite to the summer league and they'll take a long look at him. I watched him shooting at practices throughout the season and the guy just doesn't miss. He was targeted as the bench scorer before his injury and if he's 100% he'll be worth the small money it'll take to sign him. I like that even though he was injured he traveled with the team on the road and studied the system. Something Greg Oden never did.

Shaq, yes. D12, hell no. Also, does anyone else find it annoying how Nolan Smith keeps trying to be funny? Williams got injured for the first time, I think he'll be fine. He is a mystery to me. I want to see if he plays in the Summer League.

Yeah to bad Nolan couldn't use that energy to improve his game, I with cmeese we need productive bodies on the court I'm done with wasting money on injury prone players RC14 this isn't the first time Elliot got injured I said this before Elliot has to really self himself that he can be healthy this is a make or break year for him otherwise I don't see him as a Blazer for long because he's a player who plays solely on athleticism and we all know those plays don't last in this league hopefully he learned in his off time when to use his athleticism and when to take it easy and use his BBall IQ to be effective.

Smith, Babbit and Williams did not recieve contract extensions at the deadline last fall. They are all unrestricted free agents. Williams exit interview said he would get a chance to come back. Probably a summer league invite.

Nolan should go to China and play. Luke should go to Europe. Williams will come very cheap and is probably worth the risk...summer league will tell.

I'd like to see what Williams can do. Maybe a one year contract to see if he can actually stay fit long enough to give us a proper showing of his ability. He is no doubt athletic and he can be effective off the bench. I just think his game will have to change a bit now after the injury. He might not be able to attack the rim like he could before. And we really need a guy on this team who isn't a jump shooter.

Jermaine O'neal would be a great veteran to have. He was good in Phoenix and here in Portland he could really offer a winning mentality. He did play for Boston and was key for Indiana when they made their runs in the east back in the early 2000s. If we can get 12-15 mins a night out of him, then I'll take it!

I'm all for Jermaine O'Neil coming here. I was disappointed when after he sat on the bench here for 3 years he was traded to Indiana for an old Dale Davis and then went on to become an allstar. Would be great for him to end his career where it started by filling in the Jeffries spot.

O'neal is fine if we get him for the vet minimum despite the relative good year he had last year, O'neal could not stay on the court at all in Boston.

One year with the Suns training staff extends the shelf life of a lot of these guys. He made just over a mil last season I believe which is less than Nolan Smith made here.

Players I'd like to see us bring back-
    Jarrett Jack:
Might be too expensive for a backup guard and we have other holes to fill, but he's easily the best backup point guard in the game today and can even play the 2 effectively.

    Patty Mills:
If we decide to let Maynor go, Mills would not only be a capable backup to Lillard as he's proven he can score, but he'd probably come at less than half the cost of say, Jarrett Jack.

    Martell Webster:
Talk about revitalizing a career. Martell went from out of the league to solid contributor on the Wizards. Webster would be a decent defender backing up the 2/3 as well as a nice scoring pop off the bench.

    Travis Outlaw:
My personal favorite to come back. We need scoring off the bench and that's what Travis does. He's had his best years in Portland and I think he would thrive in Stotts' offensive scheme at the stretch 4 position.

Travis Outlaw is garbage he is a not a good shooter which his career 42 fg% and 33 3pt% suggest. He is a dreadful rebounder for someone 6'9" never was a good passer and is an average defender at best at sf and terrible at the 4.

Unless the Rose City is going to turn into tank city to get Parker or Wiggins then Travis Outlaw should never ever be in any talks to return.
