why are they on the court?.........and whats with the bad officiating as well.........this make 2 games in a row against this team that a flagrant bad call was made that cost us points and the lead/win.

I wonder how much the officials are paid off to turn a game one way or another.

The problem with the officiating is they have no conciquences for their bad calls its just oh well they made a bad call and oh well we will do it again and again. I cant believe the blind eyes to the fouls on the blazer end of the court all year, then turn around and call a ticki tacki foul on the blazers on the defensive end. I really think they need to add fines to the officials if they make bad calls that are reviewed and are obvious. Its sad how obvious it is that they are getting paid to let one team win.
I am a fan of the NBA fining referee's for obvious stupid calls and HARD AGRESSIVE DEFENCE FROM START TO FINISH NOT WAITING TO DIG A 10-30 POINT HOLE

Refs can't stop the Thunder from dunking the basketball. You cannot blame this game on bad calls, but you can blame it on bad interior and transition defense, and a complete brain freeze about rebounding the ball.

I agree with Tobyus that not one call made in the gamet could have or would have made a difference. This OKC team is firing on all cylinders and improving down the stretch which is what serious contenders do. The Blazers shooting  under 30% for most of the first half, shooting jump shots (and missing) and only 16 points in the paint to almost 40 for OkC in just the first half, turnovers etc. is why the Blazers lost this game, not officiating. The officials did make the one seriously bad call in an earlier game this season against OKC, but I now seem to hear this "officials made bad calls" excuse from fans alot lately. I call it lack of defense and being outworked.

This is a throw-away season and an excellent time for rebuilding considerations, particularly with the deep upcoming draft.  This year's champion will have to endure an asterisk by their name.  Ask San Antonio.  Motivation is noticeably absent.

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

P.S. Would anybody happen to have a...

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
