with the constant injuries to camby and kurt thomas's age, and no time table for oden's return.wouldnt a familar face like joel pryzbilla do are frontcourt some good? he gives us size, rebounding and shot blocking.i was sad to see him go in a trade because he was such a hard worker and a key fill in when oden was down before.but getting crash was awesome of course.but now he is available and with the playoffs approaching, do we want to battle any of the top tier western teams if say camby gets hurt again?aldridge gets in foul trouble? kurt thomas is a lil short and slow and cant logged big time minutes.chirs johnson is a good player but no playoff experience.camby is a great defender and rebounder buut is thin, really thin.(maybe thats why he is often injured).with joel's size he could guard the andrew bynum, nene, of the world.he could battle with kendrick perkins.he would protect the rim and keep from having lamarcus from getting stupid fouls from guarding a center.he is tough and would be 6 more hard fouls to give out..lol.he could give camby a break or fill in if he is hurt.he doesnt need the ball.nd he would be cheap against the cap.the organization and the city of portland are familar with him..just a though..

Portland had their best season in a long time when Pryz was here starting with Roy. Then along came Oden and the chemistry slowly disolved as Oden got hurt and Roy got more and more banged up until he couldn't give much anymore. It's really a sad story really. The Blazers are going to need a true center that can do all the things you mentioned. Camby does provide this but he's long in the tooth and injury prone. If Portland could pick up Pryz it would be a step in the right direction. I don't know if Pryz has been working out, or if he's in shape, but I say go for it if they can sign him. One thing bothers me about Pryz. Will he even be close to the guy he once was? Why did he retire? Does he feel he's done? Questions, questions, questions...

Portland would LOVE to sign the Thrilla, but the ball isn't in our court, it's in his. He still hasn't officially decided if he wants to return to basketball or not. From the reports, he loves the retired life.

Yeah, he was tripping with that Scottie Pippen reference. Nowhere as good as him, BUUUTTT, I think he can be, if he plays like a man. In Euroleague, you are taught more about finesse, and the fundamentals. He needs to put a little more muscle on, ...

Ridnour doesn''t have a lot of offensive game, but he''s irritating as hell as an opponent and that''s what you want. He can run plays and stuff so he would be nice.

Thanks Siccolo, not to knock on Bosh. I think if he was the number one option he would go back to being a beast. I miss making jokes about him playing for the RAPTORS. He is a great player.

I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...

Remember in Batman, how they had two ferries, one with prisoners, and one with civilians, both with bombs and they each had the remote for the other? This is what is happening now. You want to trade him before he leaves. Why not just get good piec...

I watched Shabazz at the combine and he was a poor shooter.  In fact he did  so bad he did not even show up for drills in day two.  He may be a scorer not a shooter.  If he throws up enough shots he scores.  If someone looks a...
