If the Melo-drama pushes through, is there any chance that the Blazers snag this guy from the Nuggets without giving up much (say, Pryz and/or draft pix)?
I am a fan of the Portland Trail Blazers. Period.

Harris is no better than Dre. Imo, AJ could be a Harris once he gets the splinters out of his backside......

Harris is no better than Dre.
this could be one of the most erroneous statements on this website.
Harris is no better than Dre, in the aspect of Harris's youth allows for the longevity of his carreer over what we can squeeze outta him.
Harris is no better than Dre, in the aspect that Harris is literally the FASTEST person on the planet with a basketball, according to the Guinness world record he set, taking him only 3 seconds to get from end to end.
Not to mention, in the NBA>?!?!?!?

Harris is no better than Dre, in the sense that Dre has a temper on him that neither you nor him can account for. He likes acting up like a drama queen and is only at maximum effecieny with this team when we are running, in transition, and why would you not want someone faster, someone better.....in that aspect.

Harris would of been a huge get not only for this year, but for years to come.
Unfortunately with the Nets pulling out of the Melo trade he has become unattainable.
It is starting to get very disappointing watching the inactivity coming from our front office.

but just because that works out on the little trade machine doesnt mean its going to "work out", you would still have to drug and convince Prohkarov and Jay Z that Pryzbilla is worth Harris.....which he's not.

Greg wants a fresh start. Portland wants a fresh start. And thank you, Siccolo, for comparing this to B Roy. Any draft prospect is going to be pretty impressed with what GO can do on the court... even a 75% GO. A kid that has no idea what NBA game...

To go another season with so many rookies is not a good idea. We need a couple of vets and atleast one young bench scorer. If we want a Center, go after Hawes from Philly and Dorrell wright can be signed as a free agent. We can trade our 2nd round...

Thanks Ricky.   I''ll be watching @ 10.   Haven''t seen enough right hand from Shazamm.   Without the ability to take his defender either way off the bounce, let alone finish at the cup with either hand?   Second rounder at best.

Sug81 I love Iggy but this team has numerous gaping holes throughout the depth chart so signing Iggy is not the best way to spend our limited funds

That roster looks pretty good, but if we would have enough cash Corey or Ronnie brewer would be nice
