    First of all hello everyone, it's been FOREVER since I've been on this site.

    I don't know about trading being a good idea. I like our group now regardless of all the injuries. Why make a trade? Does anybody NOT notice the chemistry these guys are building. With the pick and roll connections, to the European Connections, this group ha...s fun and they have started to play with better confidence (LMA having what most see as his breakout season) and their chemistry is boosting big time. Especially with the three goggles, it gives the whole team something to play with. If you trade anybody, it puts a dagger into the chemistry and with whatever addition they would get, they'd have to adjust some things to fit with the newcomers style. Trading somebody would interrupt the flow. And, don't trade Roy. For you fans out there, he's an Allstar (3 times) and a Rookie of the Year) and he's been built up as our franchise player. So what if he doesn't have a perfect season, he still contributes with the limited time he gets, and he does a good job, as good as anybody could do with NO MENISCUS in their knees. Not every single NBA star has awesome seasons - every season. You're forgetting that. Not to mention, his injury limits what he can/can't do in practice, so his game is going to lack certain areas. He's signed to a big contract, so, with limited playing time, he can still produce, while resting up, so that by next season, he can come back and be healthy and make use of that contract. If you want him to play on the team for that many years, I'd rather have a 98-100% Roy, than a Roy who could possibly injure himself and we lose about half of that contract. Be smart. and stop your hating. You're better than that Portland.
    I am a fan of Cambus taking a team to the finals after another lockout.

    I agree about Roy. And doubly so about the cohesion by our squad, so far. I and im sure, many of of us who are real Roy fans, know that Roy would have never won a footrace against  98% of the cats who run in the NBA. What makes Roy so special is his timing, his poise, his patience. He shakes you so slowly  that when he takes a normal step it seems like he blew by you. The dude is just plain nasty with the rock. I love Roy, and you wont get that anticipated  " but" from me either. It is however in Roy and the teams best interest were he to rest until we reach the play-offs. Playoffs are about defensive stops. Stops mean the game is played at a slower speed. That is who Roy is. If i had to give Roy a true nickname, it would be The Lullaby. First he Lulls you, then he blows By you.

    Now let me dream with the rest of us and cast my trade ballot.
    Unless i can keep these core guys, all bets are off;

    OJ   Devin Harris  Gerald Wallace
    I like the idea of Devin,Wesley,Gerald,L.A.,and  Camby or whomever.
    I am a fan of our new roster playing with and for eachother.

    Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

    First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

    The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

    Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

    However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
