The Cavs Traded Delonte West And Sebastian Telfair for Pg Ramon Sessions who is said to be pushing for a starting roll... could Mo Williams be traded next? maybe portland in the mix??? if the cp3 deal is truly dead could Mo Williams be the next best thing?

Heck no. Mo Williams is not an upgrade by any means over what the Blazers already have on the team. Mo Williams is overrated due to playing alongside LeBron. DO NOT  BUY on Mo Williams.

Devin Harris might do. He's a great starter, AND a great role player as I see it.

While Mo isn't an upgrade from Miller, he would be a much better upgrade than Blake, and we won a lot of games with Blake shooting dagger 3's. I like Andre better because he can create his own shot and work the post, but if we could get Varejao back in the deal with Mo, I wouldn't hesitate to do that deal.

I would like Mo Williams for Portland. I was reading an article the other day that said Brandon Roy and Andre Miller don't play the same style offense. Brandon Roy needs to control the tempo and have the ball in his hands, and Andre doesn't really support that. Mo Williams didn't control the tempo, LeBron did. Mo can make plays without the ball in his hands. A package deal for Mo and JJ Hickson would be a great pick-up for Portland.

4 me personally, Its Cp3 or you dont really need to make a trade. If all Miller need to do is learn to shoot 3s then its a fixable problem. I kno Cp3 is most likely the best point guard in the NBA right now. But We Have Miller, and Some very good young PGs. Bayless is getting better, Id like to c him Possible Become the future PG for Portland.

Well. we are going to make a trade, sooner or later. We have 16 guys on the roster, plethora of shooting guards, and a player who wants out immidiately (Rudy), so something will happen whether its CP3 or not.

I'll say this: If Mo Williams is our only other transaction before the season starts, then it's not very attractive, because we'd likely only be consolidating talent by 1 player, still maxing out the roster at 15 players. BUT, if we got Mo for two guys then did another 2-3 for 1 trade, it could end up working out well. I guess, we'll just have to sit back and see what the new GM has in store for us!

for the record there is no way andre miller will ever learn how to shoot 3's... he has no form for 3's and if he hasn't learned in all these years he has been in the nba he will never learn... idc if he works on it 24/7 365. he is a poor mans rondo...  mo williams at least has a good 3 point shot. though i wouldn't trade the farm for him.... a straight up swap of rudy for him would be ideal. theres no way they trade hickson. but i know they have been trying to trade mo even b4 the lebron decision. u have to remember they have booboo gibson waiting for his chance at pg. and with the new acquisition of sessions the pg position is crowded.

Mo Williams is without a doubt an upgrade over Andre Miller and if you ask any coach or anyone in Blazer MGMT they will tell you the same. Williams is a streaky shooter and when he gets hot he can put on a show. Does not like to play defense and is a score first PG. Williams could be had for probably Andre Miller str8 up. Roy and Williams could be a nice 1-2 punch in the backcourt.

For starters Andre Miller can't shoot mid range jumpers much less 3's. If Miller hasn't added a 3 point jumper to his arsenal yet you can pretty much cancel him added it this summer. Bayless is a good player but he is not the future at PG for the Blazers. Mo Williams is a much better player than Andre Miller and it's not even close.

Sug I would start with him outscoring Wesley Matthews. He also needs to get his FTA up and his FG% up and cut down the turnovers.

His defense was decent last year but not that good as he is either too weak or just unwil...
