    1990-91:Overall record: 63-19 (1st in league)
The Trail Blazers picked up where they left off the previous season when they were in the NBA Finals and captured world-wide basketball attention. They posted the league's best record, 63-19, the most wins ever by the franchise. They opened by winning their first 11 games and 19 of their first 20. They took their first eight away from home, extending a road winning streak over two seasons to 12 which equaled the second longest in NBA history. CONTINUE READING/Become of fan of this team

1997-98: Overall record: 46-36 (12th in league, 6th in conference,)
A head coaching change and a blockbuster trade headlined a season in which the Blazers posted their ninth straight winning season and their 19th in the last 22 years. Mike Dunleavy, taking over the reigns from P.J. Carlesimo, guided Portland to a 46-36 regular season record and its 16th consecutive trip to the playoffs, the longest current streak in the NBA.CONTINUE READING/Become of fan of this team

91 and it is not even close. The 98 team was a year or two behind it's potential, whereas the 91 team was as their peak.  I would expect Buck to do yeoman's work on Sheed and no one in the 98 backcourt to slow down Drex and TP.

90-91 in a landslide. Going 63-19 is ridiculous. Outside of the starters, you've got Uncle Cliffy, Drazen, and Ainge, all making it rain.

I love Arvydas and Sheed, but they can't hold a candle to 90-91.

Is anyone going to touch the 91 team? Don't think so. Why management why would you trade Drazen for an aging Walter Davis?!?!?! Even in either the long, hot winter or in Drexler's autobiography, it mentions how Clyde thought it was a terrible move at the time to deal Petro as he showed all-star potential.

Yeah I was one of them *blushes*. I was never a diehard fan of basketball until the 2011-2012 postseason. I could name every team, but I always forgot two. Kings and Blazers.

Yeah, he was tripping with that Scottie Pippen reference. Nowhere as good as him, BUUUTTT, I think he can be, if he plays like a man. In Euroleague, you are taught more about finesse, and the fundamentals. He needs to put a little more muscle on, ...

I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
