    Time to vote on new match-ups. Today is the 1989-90 vs 1983-84 teams. Vote on who you think would win AND tell us why you voted that way. You might be able to sway some of your fellow Blazermaniacs to vote with you.

    1998-99:Overall record: 35-15 (3rd in league, 3rd in conference, 1st in division)

    I went with 99 in the toughest decision to date in this bracket. They did go much farther in the playoffs than the 09 team despite probably being less talented on paper, but the 99 team had the veteran experience and was just as deep. I think Grant, Sheed, and Sabas would give the 09 team problems just like the Rocket big men did to us last year.

    I agree the bigs of '99 would destroy last years team..Damn if we couldn't have had Sabas in his prime..
