    Time to vote on new match-ups. Today is the 1992-93 vs 1994-95 teams. Vote on who you think would win AND tell us why you voted that way. You might be able to sway some of your fellow Blazermaniacs to vote with you.

    1992-93: Overall record: 51-31 (7th in league, 4th in conference, 3rd in division)

    The Trail Blazers' 25th anniversary season was one of changes. During the summer, owner Paul Allen selected Bob Whitsitt as the club's new president and general manager following the resignation of senior vice president Geoff Petrie. P.J. Carlesimo replaced Rick Adelman as the Blazers' head man and Jay Jensen became trainer, replacing Mike Shimensky.     Without Clyde on the 95 team, there is no way the 93 team would lose. Also, Porter, Kersey and Buck were all closer to their primes in 93 than in 95, which pretty much seals the deal. Not to mention Adleman is two times the coach PJ ever was.

    The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.
