Well, the West is very jam packed. There are about 9 teams fighting for 5 spots, so yes, every game is important and we can't keep losing them at home. Until we get Roy back, we will probably be underdogs in every upcoming game.
I do agree though..how many times are we going to blow 4th quarter leads here? I mean, we have players who have been there, done that before, so this should be nothing new to them. If we lose to Utah on Wednesday, all hell could break loose with a Texas Two Step coming up after that...the last thing this depleted team can handle is a losing streak.

I have been saying that these next 10 games, including last night's contest, were going to either make us sink or swim. 5-5 over the course of those games is a must as we imply can't afford to fall behind in the standings, because defense wins games on a continual basis, and without our centers it is going to be real tough to string together wins in bunches, which is what you need to do in order to mount a comeback.
Get used to it folks, because I can really see Portland having a seesaw type of end to the season where we win, lose, win, lose the rest of the way.

Claver will make a great squad player when he develops his outside shot. His size is an asset because he can guard SF and stretch 4s. If he can be a better rebounder and add a post move to his game we could be looking at a possible answer to our f...

Oden was definitely the best pick coming out of high school and arguably ahead of Durant in the 2007 draft. But the draft is art not science and we really needed a dominant center at the time. If we can get Oden for a short term low-risk deal. Lik...
