Just read on Twitter that GM KP is expecting Rudy to return to the lineup Friday against Orlando. Also, this means with Blake back as well that Patty Mills will be re-assigned to the Idaho Stampede D-League affiliate.

Obviously, we can't expect a lot of Rudy right away, but what does this mean for Bayless? Personally, I think he deserves to keep his 20 minutes a night. Like many have said, this season is not about wins and losses, rather a season to develop players like Jerryd. This was the moment I pegged when we would see a trade go down. All of our guards are healthy and we need a big. It's only a matter of time, imo.

This is great news indeed! JB earned the 20 mins. he's getting so they need to slowly get Rudy back into the rotation. Rudy should be taking it slow anyway since back injuries are so touchy one wrong tweak, twist, or pull and he could be out again. We'll see how long it is till KP pulls the trigger on a trade.

With Rudy back my questions is why put Patty Mills back to D-league. If he is averaging 30 points per game off the bench and can add more value to the team then Rudy at the moment then you would rest Rudy for at least another week or two. I'm a big fan of Patty Mills and know what he can do on the court. Not just in stats but can give other team members confidence to score.

I am a fan of Patty Mills. Cant wait to see him get some PT

Well, Patty was averaging 30 points in the DLeague, not the NBA..pretty big difference. Also, he is our 3rd point guard right now, so Rudy's size and experience is more valuable to the team right now. Also, Patty will get more progression to his game actually playing in the DLeauge than riding the pine here in PDX.
Just heard that Rudy is ahead of schedule and will play tonight!

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
