    When they won the Western Conference that year, I remember going with my family to the banquet room at the Holiday Inn off Columbia Blvd. They had a Conference Champions merchandise Exposition there. We ended up walking out with a bunch of shirts and some pennants. Remember the glasses that were given away at like DQ? I think our family had pretty much the whole set.

    Are you talking about the 90 team or the 92 team? The 91 team unfortunately lost to the Lakers in the WCF :(
    About the DQ Glasses, I love those things! I found a steal on CraigsList and got 3 sets for $20!
    I wish I could have went to a convention like that, but my parents would have been broke after I went through there! All I had was the local GI Joes for merchandise.

    Arguably the greatest Blazers Team ever! With a bench of players who had defined roles, with Uncle Cliffy and Danny Ainge. Also the best starting 5 in the NBA. They were so fun to watch that year, until they met Magic in the playoffs. Yet the following year they again show their true grit by getting up the next season again with renewed passion to go all the way. Led by one of the best backcourts of the decade, teams today couldn't man up or even play zone against these Blazers. I hope Rick Adelman will get his due.

    Okay, I''ll admit it, I like Asik better. I definitely think they will both have very good careers. And finally, someone who agrees, that Ibaka is a  shot blocker, not really a great defender.

    Henson will be solid down the road but his ceiling is more like Taj Gibson. He is a great role player but not elite like Sanders and Ibaka could be if people were not so willing to shoot on him.
