Which teams do you think will give the Blazers a harder time this year. 1.The Cavs Lebron + Shaq 2.The Spurs with Jefferson 3.The Lakers if Artest can mesh 4.The Magic with Vince Carter and a Hedo clone from what I hear in Ryan. 5.The Celtics adding Rasheed and healthy KG any thoughts on these or other teams to add.

I think Lakers cause they are a rival team and if you lose to a team you know it is really hard if it is a rival. And unfortionatly I think that Artest will bring some heat. But our team is gettin better to. Go Blazers!

Hey also don't forget about our rivals in the division (Utah,Denver) Denver especially, we had to finish the season pretty strong last season to tie them up for the top spot. So we'll have to play well against them again this year but it's going to be tough........Go Blazers!!

Agree on Denver, and the Lakers, with or without an Artest melt down.

I don't see Denver being much of a threat to anyone this season.  Their bench is depleted to nothing and what BIG free agent(s) signed with Denver?  Denver will struggle to make the playoffs in '10, watch. . .

Excuse me did you say that chauncey, carmello, kenyon, nene, birdman, and J.R. Smith are gonna struggle to make the playoffs this year? You name the 8 teams in the west that are gonna have better records than the Nuggets this year. if you don't know anything about basketball it's probably a good idea not to publish your ignorant thoughts on the subject. Not having a klezia and jones isn't going to kill denver. They'll be competitors in the playoffs, but the blazers will win the NW division outright. OKC is a team that i think will add at least 10 wins to their record this season. They're players are super young and talented and just getting better, and with the addition of the NBA ready, rookie James Harden, they will be even better. They could even bust into the top 8 in the west. But my main point was the Nuggets will EASILY make the playoffs next year

Didn't really think about OKC Jasp but you're exactly right they will improve probably by that margin you gave also I'm thinking about the Clippers improving much in the same manner if they stay healthy they have a lot of really good players.....

Cmeese, his year would''ve been better without the injury, if he could maintain the first half of the year production that''d be great. But I have to agree that his contract is a little too much. I think he should really be worth around 8 mil.

Yeah sorry man, but if I''m an Orlando fan I''m looking forward for 5 years down the line, especially for the development of Tobias Harris and Mo Harkless, both could breakout, but I''m more excited to see Tobias Harris.

We know exactly what JJ defense at the 4 is and it is just as bad as the 5 you act like he has been playing center his whole career.

Exactamundo. Seriously though, both of you''ll are right. The blame should be placed on the attacker, not Lillard. That being said, Dame should have stepped in.

I completely agree. Pierce would bring a culture change. And we as a team really needed someone to help our young players through the tough times. Jeffires and Pavlovic were veterans who didn''t see much court time and from what I saw didn''t real...
