Shout out to Damian for a monster game against the Spurs! 35pts 9assists and yes, 0 turnovers! Finally Eric gave us 20 off the bench and the whole team played great. Even Joel had 6pts 3 boards in 3 minutes on the court!! Best win of the season by far!

    Big Game by L. Aldridge!!!

Hickson as usual fighting for every rebound!

And nice game by Freeland, showing he could be a nice backup...

LA, JJ and Freeland all played really well in this one. Took care of business against a depleted team we should beat. Just a note, JJ's stats as a center were way better than Monroe's.

shout out to LA and the whole team for playing the best defense I've seen all year! Great win over the Bulls on the road! Need a long win streak here to face the Spurs in the playoffs, a team we actually match up well with!

Congrats to Meyers Leonard for his double double, the first of his career! Good to see a center with 20-10 even in a loss.

Shout out to LaMarcus for doing everything he could to keep us in the game against the Rockets. He's an amazing player! Also set the record for seven 30-10 games this year.

Although the first half was horrible all around, Will Barton had a career night and 2nd half. Definitely made a case for a roster spot next season. Congrats Will!

Agree ^.  Just his activity level, athleticism and both willingness AND ability to attack the rim with the bounce are reasons enough for me.  For Will, IMO, all season it has just been about his court awareness and decision making, particularly with the ball.  He's a rookie remember.

He has also greatly improved his brakes. I remember earlier when he used to just ram into guys and throw up awful shots. Better decision making now, like BDawg said. If we could keep one more guy next year, I would choose him, just because I like him. Needs to put on some muscle though. I weigh more than him and I'm less than 6"Ft.

I am a fan of Raymond Felton. Haha, seriously though I'm a fan of Batum's Lobs and JJ's Slams.

I agree guys if he keep on going in the direction he's going in his improvement he will definitely make a case for a roster spot and that's bad news for Elliot Williams because if Barton can continue this improvement it will make Elliot Williams more expendable.

Thank you Blazers for playing hard and never giving up.  Thank you Lillard for showing fire even when the team was losing big. We appreciate all of you even though we hate to see our favorite team consistently having to battle against teams with a much deeper talent base.

    Thanks for a great season!

I am a fan of cheering our hardworking Blazer team to a championship!

Thought it was time given the current state of angst on the boards to revisit this thread and I'd like to give a shout out to Terry Stotts, Paul Allen and Neil Olshey. Thanks to all of these guys for taking so much flak from so many disgruntled fans and continuing to move ahead with the process of BUILDING a contender. Anyone who's ever built anything knows there's a bit of trial and error involved and you work with the successes and solve the problems. All three of these guys are level headed, hard working people each with a record of problem solving. I appreciate the efforts they've put forth in making sure we keep moving forward as a franchise. I think Terry has built a culture of support and growth without the need to throw a chair at a ref. Neil is well known as a guy who is entrenched in all the aspects of player acquisition and not a "yes man" Paul is a guy who loves his team and when needed has always been willing to work with his staff and open his checkbook. With an optimistic feeling about the direction we are headed, I take my hat off to all three of these guys and have really enjoyed the heart and soul of the team they're collectively building. We were so long without a real GM and without a true teacher as a head coach. We should all show them our appreciation as Blazer fans. They've had the support of the roster from day one and I thank them all collectively! Go Blazers!

I was looking at some shooting stats and came across a very very alarming stat. LMA was the league leader in FGA from 16-23 feet. Not only was he the leader he was lead by a mile. His 7.3 attempts from this distance easily outpaced Demar Derozan w...

Sug I would start with him outscoring Wesley Matthews. He also needs to get his FTA up and his FG% up and cut down the turnovers.

His defense was decent last year but not that good as he is either too weak or just unwil...
