Bench Help!!!!

    Blazers need a new bench.. Our bench is not scoring at all, the starters cant always lift the blazers up to a win and since the season has started  our bench is terrible. I would go after a couple of Vets and sit and also trade our bench. I will look at Gasol, suit Lenard and have JJ off the bench.. Trade the other and get us a bench going so the starters don't have to handle the game themselves because its tiring them out for not having help from the bench. 


    Blazers need to start looking at Free Agents and Vets "Scoring Vets" so we can make it to the playoffs and do this early before it's to late.

    No postseason this year. Sometimes a step backward is necessary for two forward. This season IS that step backward. The intent is lottery. Be patient. The FA market doesn't look promising, and we all have to hope the initial assessments of the upcoming draft being a weak one are inaccurate.

    ths wasn't not a win now season it was a developing season assess our assets and see who sticks and doesn't stick moving forward you guys should of known that already

    The problem with aspiring to be in the lottery is that NOW players get un-neccessarily hurt. A competitor competes no matter whats on the line. Its in our blood. Personally, i dont do anything to lose. Not jacks, not monopoly, not basketball in my youth. I dont care if its a spelling bee, i want to win.

    What if we sign Luke Harangody? I still believe the team should've signed Derek Fisher for some Veteran leadership, win or lose.

    Old guys or head cases that want back in the NBA...Mavs got Fisher..no loss there. Keyon Martin..Michael Finley..Michael Redd...Alan Iverson...Stephon Marbury..Baron Davis...Mike Bibby...of all these guys, Finley and Redd can probably still score a few pts..but no D...Kenyon Martin can defend, sometimes..but a serious head case. I'd rather take a chance on the 2 guys we've got stashed in Greece. Bonzi was a great talent but he's gotta be like 50 years old by now. Dennis Rodman had tried to get back for years but I think he's behind bars now. There's a reason these guys aren't playing with a team....I've said it before and I'll say it again...IT"S TIME TO BRING BACK THE RHINO!!!!

    The problem with JJ remains the same at the 4 or 5 he is just not a good enough defender. Milsap and especially Smith are good defenders. The also both offer more on the offensive side than JJ does.
