    This to me is why Brandon Roy is,was, and will remain a winner here in the Rose City. I wish him the best. "I don't want to speak for Portland, but medically retiring and them using the amnesty, I think it worked for both sides," Roy said. "During that whole process, my whole thing was I wanted to make it OK for Portland. I didn't want it to be one-sided ... I felt like Paul (Allen) had done so much for me, and I know how much people in that organization care about the Blazers, so I never wanted to handicap them. So it was the best way we could make this split, while at the same time I could be comfortable and keep my earnings and the Blazers could be freed. I don't know how we could have had a better ending.

    We'll be lucky to again find such a stand up cat to put on a Blazers uniform.

    This kid looks like he can really ball. I'd for sure like to see him wearing a Blazers uniform. As of right now he is projected to be drafted in the mid second round so right about where our pick is at the moment.

    I'm content with mathews in the back court he's proving he's a legit starter quit down playing him and acting like were in desperate need for someone to take his job

    At 6'4", he's too small for the 2 and doesn't appear to possess the necessary skill set for a 1...certainly not enough to unseat Dame.  Bayless II?  Great athlete, but will it translate?  PASS

    I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
