lol really I never said I was a fan your really misreading the whole situation all I was saying is lillard is ranked below him smh your taking everything to the extreme dragics efficiency is higher right now and it'll grow as the season goes on cause at some point lillard will most likley hit the rookie cieling and it's too early to say lillard is a top 10 pg just saying and honestly it's a good thing your not a nba analysis or the whole league would be considered over rated outside of our starting line up and honestly theres plenty of pgs in the league that didn't bloom til later in there career that you probably think are great pgs

he will win roy and he has been breaking records this season and shows alot of promise to be the next big pg but idk if considering him as a top 10 pg can even be done this early in the season

Its a good thing neither one of us are NBA analysts don't get it twisted,your not a basketball mastermind either. But i think more people would agree with me about Lillard being better then dragic.Your the only person on the planet who thinks dragic is better. This is one of the reasons why I hate debating with men sometimes cause you take everything so serious,alot of stuff I'll say is jokes to make people laugh.But all joking aside Lillard is better then dragic and always will be,to think any different is silly

I give Lillard another season and he'll definitely be a Top 5 point guard. I think he's ready to surpass Williams and Parker in the coming seasons if he continues to progress the way he has.

Yeah for sure,I mean he's a rookie and you can just tell by the way he carries himself especially in close games, he's got something special.I can't believe all these teams passed on him,I mean who were the dudes who got picked ahead of him? Anthony Davis,Anthony Davis's Eyebrows,and Who else?

I'll go one further and predict Lillard will become the best pt guard in the NBA..a legend and hall of famer. This season he's facing allstar pt guards night in and night out for the first time in his career. He is smart and adjusts well. Next season I think he'll rule...the guys who have been allstars and Olympic starters are all getting older. We are so lucky to have him. Thank you Gerald Wallace and the Nets for this pick and Chad Buchannon for having the stones to make the trade.

Word, Riverman. Definitely feeling like Dame will be the best in the NBA down the road; the other greats are past their prime outside of Kyrie Irving, and Dame has the potential to be more of a true pg with just as much scoring ability. Like you said, this is his rookie year, and so far he's climbed a VERY steep uphill battle against a serious gauntlet of the best pg's around. When you look at the value we got from the Wallace trade it's insane, but then again, they wouldn't have even picked Dame if they kept the pick (to back up DWill? Waste of a lotto pick) so who knows, it worked out for both teams really. No question we received the best value though.

Lillard still needs to work on his scoring when the jump shot isn't dropping. He'll either A) continue to take deep jump shots or B) force the issue inside. I do love his demeanor in the sense he's not afraid to shoot regardless of how well he's been shooting on the night, but I think he needs to just let the game come to him more. Get to the foul line and watch the ball go in the hoop that way. Either way, it's all knit-picking, because he's been fabulous this season. But just like everything in life, there's always room for improvement.

sadly efficiency %'s has said other wise there close and all but dragics got a fuller stat sheet then lillard on a more consistant basis

I hope he's the best down the road but if he isn't then he deff will be in the top 5 and you missing john wall in that list he'll have to compete with in the future as far as great young pg's go

Dragic is better than Damian Lillard is right now. Dragic should be better considering he is in his 5th season and learned behind Steve Nash. Lillard will be better in the future, but it is completely ignorant to say Dragic isn't better. Stop being a homer and give credit where credit is due.

The only thing I care about is that Dame becomes the best that he can be and with his work ethic and attitude there's no question he can be one of the best if not the best PG in the NBA as long as he focus on that and put the work in everything else will take care of itself.

Mike Conley is running a good team as a very solid point guard right now. He has similar numbers as Lillard on that veteran team. I would take Conley if I was talking playoff, conference or championship, contender. But for the blazers Lillard is a better option.

 Jrue Holiday can not be left off this list either. He is having a superb year leading the sixers, plus he gives you something Lillard has not yet found in his game....Defense.

Lillard is a great player but whether he is better than so and so is very subjective. The kid can score, pass and plays hard those are nice traits to have in a young point guard. 

The question is how much better can Lillard get. I would love to see him work on his penetration he still tends to over dribble which leads to turn overs or low percentage shots. If he can become more consistent and give the team 50% 40% and 90% with around 7-8 assists per night then we are talking about being one of the best guards in the game.

Dragic has proven himself over a season to be consistent in what he does. Damian Lillard has been inconsistent on the road, these are growing pains but show that he is not better than many of the proven pgs in this league.
