    Would like to here what everyone is thinking for opening night 12 player lineup... so we can sleigh the Lakers down

    Morrison edges out Babbit and Claver in camp battle, that battle is wide open just get the feeling Morrison has upside if his jumper is rolling.

    Aldridge/Hickson
    Batum/Jefferies/Morrison
    Matthews/Barton
    Lillard/Smith/Price

    YOUR 12 IS EXACTLY MINE!!!! Sweeet ! Except for Ronnie over Nolan. You already stated mine but I guess Ill post what I think what It will be for Opening night.

    Morrison will be cut,he's a non garunteed contract vs guys we have to pay no matter what. He'd have to play outa his mind to get picked up. That said, here's my 12:
    pg: lilliard/price
    sg: Matthews/smith/ Barton 
    sf: batum/ babbitt/ claver
    pf: LA/ hickson
    c: Leonard/ freeland

    points to note: hickson is listed as a pf, and will start there with LA getting the jump ball, the 4&5 will be rotated around LA
    i think also after seeing the summer league that smith might be able to build himself into a decent player off the ball as well as leading the point.
    finally, c'mon guys, Babbitt has come quite a ways and now the traffic is cleared out ahead of him, he's ready for his make or break season. I'm pulling for it to be the former rather than the latter

    I think the final roster depends on Babbitt and Morrison.
    Will Babbitt's defense improve to the point that he is better then Morrison?
    He is a lefty so his shot is easier to defend then Morrison (righty) so I give the shooting nod to Adam.
    Right now I think Adam Morrison is a better defender then Babbitt.

    I think Sasha is going to look good especially since we lost EDubs. But between Morrison and Babbitt, I still think Morrison just brings more to the table. He's certainly better on the defensive end and what Babbitt has on offense is a slight advantage in shooting percentages... and while Morrison shoots fairly well too, it seems like he has a quicker shot (also makes it harder to defend like you said), and looks better at moving with and without the ball. The thing that really convinces me of this is how much more of Babbitt I've seen than Morrison; we've been able to see what Luke needs to improve on for a long time, and whether he has made that progress or not... his ceiling just seems lower than Adam's as far as overall player quality.

    Morrison and Babbitt are a toss up for me....  Claver and Sasha too

    Batum has been guarding Wes in practice and running some 2 guard during day 4

    Maybe Blazers are thinking more stretch 3 on the last spot... Morrison might be worth a flyer

    Sounds like Jefferies, Barton and Price are locks
