NBA 2k13 Blazers player ratings predictions (gaming)

    With just days from official game release let's try to predict some Blazers players ratings (or how they should be rated)

    My types are not the real prediction but it's how I estimate it by myself and what I want to see in the game.

    Aldridge - 86(up to 88)
    Batum - 80
    Lillard - 79 (up to 82) 
    Matthews - 76
    Hickson - 75
    Freeland - 73 (up to 75)
    Leonard - 72
    Williams - 68
    Claver - 66
    Barton - 66
    Smith - 67
    Price - 65
    Jeffries - 64
    Babbitt - 62
    Pavlovic - 59

    Williams-66 just because he is injured

    Hoping 2K will release some of our ratings before the game drops, but outside of LA and Lillard, I'm not holding my breathe on any of our guys being rated highly. Both of your ratings look pretty realistic to me, though!

    my BD with NBA2k12 is broken so Ican't wait for 2k13 and my ratings for PTB players are:

    I heard terrible reviews for 2k12 so I did not purchase it. But I did buy 2k11, 2k10, and 2k9.
    Unless they changed the rating system, I dont think they will give Lillard that high of ratings.

    You guys seem to forget we have a serious bias about our own favorite team. I'm guessing the following:

    Lillard - 75
    Matthews - 75
    Hickson - 73
    Freeland - 71
    Smith - 69
    Leonard - 68
    Williams - 68
    Price - 65
    Claver - 64
    Barton - 64
    Jeffries - 62
    Babbitt - 61
    Pavlovic - 58

    Remember, we're ranked low across the NBA media, and I can't imagine game programmers are much different.

    I realize I'm bit bias that's why I mentioned it's not the proper prediction but rather how I wish to see some rankings. For example : I'm afraid that Lillard might be rated around 75 as unproven kid (in NBA ELITE he's 74) but we all know if he is going to play the way we got used to - he should be around 82 . Thinking that way I would like to see JJ at 77 but he's gonna be 75 I guess, Freeland should be 75 but I expect 72, Matthews 77->75 , Barton 68 -> 63 etc,I just hope they won't underrate us much :)

    HA ! They just revealed ratings of some players in NBA 2k13. (about 50 so far) Two of those are : Aldridge - 86 and what's very very dissapointing and simply unfair - Lillard at ... 70. I think their research of the game just gone bad. D-Lill is behind such a greats like Toney Douglas 71 or Kemba Walker who's at 78. I may be bias again but this is a shame/disgrace

    Lillard @ 70 is absolutely lame. When they finally created rookies for 2k12 (after the lockout), Nolan Smith was a 71. You're telling me a #6 pick in 2k13 is one overall lower than a #21 pick in 2k12? I hope they adjust the rosters before release day... I'd rather they fixed that B.S. before I start any of my ongoing game modes.

    By the way, did they release Anthony Davis's overall? If it's above a 75, I'm going to be irate.

    Did they make these rankings before the summer? From the basketball we saw this summer, Lillard appeared to be a much better baller than A.D. And I don't really buy that it was due to the level of competition. Davis only played against international bench players, which aren't much different than summer league starters. Taking into account their college careers, I can still understand AD having a higher overall, but by almost 10?

    The silver lining is that Lillard puts up his best basketball when everyone underestimates him.... so thank you 2k Sports for motivating our new PG.
