    If you think Batum isn't worth his $12mil a year, imagine paying Kirileko $10mil.

    AK will either stay in Russia and make 3 million or come to America and make between 1.2 million if he wants to play for the Nets or around 3 million for another team but he will not make anywhere close to 10 million.

    Sounds like AK47 will be in Min with a 10mil a season paycheck.  It will be interesting to see AK's defense against Batum's offense.

    One thing that everyone has to keep in mind is that teams like Minny and us have to grossly overpay FA's to get them here. A bigger market team has more in endorsements to lure players. Dwight Howard could probably sign for the Vet. Min. in Brooklyn and still make more money in endorsements than if he signed a $20mil a year contract with someone like Minny.

    We could possibly take McCollum with the 10th pick and trade him to the kings for Marcus Thornton. I would personally prefer if we kept McCollum because he can give us scoring off the bench and he will bring that maturity of having been in college...
