    Lillard/Smith/Price
    Matthews/Williams/Barton
    Batum/ Claver/ Babitt
    Aldridge/ Hickson/ Pavlovic
    Leonard/Freeland/ Pryzbilla

    This team has a good chance of making the playoffs. there is alot of talent here but it needs to be proven during the season. we need a coach that can teach the rookies while meshing them together with the vets. we need to be uptempo with shutdown defense. i have alot of confidence in this team!

    Where is Jared Jeffries?  He is the 16th member of the Blazers at present.  This also means Gadzuric has been waived.

    did we sign Przybilla? if so I think it is about time. I think the roster should look like this......

    Lillard, Smith, Bost
    Williams, Matthews, Barton
    Batum, Clavier,
    L.A., Hickson
    Przybilla, Leonard, Freeland 

    notice I traded Babbitt, Price and Pavlovic for a future draft pick or two.
    I think Williams or possibly Barton takes the starting spot from Matthews in preseason training camp, all 3 are great and I believe we are the deepest team at the 2 guard position, or move Barton to the 3 and Batum is the starting 2?

    Oh, I also think Bost should have earned a spot on the team in summer league.

    We have a great chance to make the playoffs. It mostly depends on how our rookies and bench produces. This team has a chance to be better than the team that last made the playoffs (When Roy was injured) If Lillard becomes a star and avgs 15+ pts per game than we could be very good and fight for 6-7 seed. We all know LA is gonna get 20 pts per game. Wes is probably going to put up 11-13 g ppg. Hopefully if Batum improves and steps up and puts up 15-16 a game than with Lillard, thats already  60-70 points right there. Were also going to have to stay healthy for a good amount of the season.

    It would be awesome if Barton plays great and can take over starting 3. This is HIGHLY unlikely but than we can slide Bautm to the SG then have Wes come off the bench. We would such a deep team if it would work out like that.

    I definitely think Miami has the deepest 2 guard rotation, by far. They can play James, Wade, Allen, Miller, Battier, Jones, or Chalmers at the 2. Even Sacramento, I think, will have a better rotation than us with Evans, Thorton, and Barnes. I do think we have the best PF rotation with LA, Hickson, Batum, Claver, and Freeland all able to play the 4. Boston will be close with Garnett, Bass, and Sullinger.

    I said slide Bautm to the 2 so Barton can play the 3 lololol i dont know what I was thinking there. It makes no sense. I mean Barton can start at 2

    Barton for back up sf? Then have elliot and Matthews at 2 with batum and barton at the 3

    Current Roster:

    PG- Lillard/Price/Nolan
    G- Wes/E-Will/Barton
    SF- Batum/Claver/Sasha
    PF- LA/JJ/Babbit/Jeffries
    C- Freeland/Meyers/Gadzuric

    We'll likely waive Gadzuric as stated, and then maybe do some roster cleaning/re-organizing to gain some more cap/gain future assets. Would like to see Nolan, Babbit, Sasha, Jeffries, and Gadzuric traded for something either younger assets, draft picks, cash considerations, or overseas talent.

    After that, if he passes review, sign Pryz to 1 year and fill in the spots if any left with young developing talent. Bost wasn't bad, Ebekwe, maybe even bring back Chris Johnson if he is available for cheap. Better then Sasha, Jeffries, and Gadzuric riding pine, offering there "experience".

    We're a young team with little chemistry, so gonna be hard to make a huge push in the playoffs. Let alone beat either LA, or Miami in the finals. I say give young talent a try and get to know our team well, while offering Blazer fans hope and promise that we have a strong, respectful team once again.

    Pretty sure E-Will would be starting over Barton... either way we need another C (hopefully Pryz) and waive Gadzuric.

    Hasn't Gadzuric already been waived? No way I trade Pavlovich and keep Babbit! Luke should be in Idaho next season...he's not even close to Pavlovich in my opinion. Pryzbilla could then take the final roster spot.

    I think Pryz will head to the Bucks, its a lot closer to his home in Minny. He'd be great to have around, he's still good enough that we can put him into the game to actually show Leonard how to do something or what he's doing wrong.

    i hope the roster will be:

    PG - Lillard/Nolan/Ronnie
    SG - Matthews/Williams/Barton
    SF - Batum/Claver/Babbitt
    PF - LA/JJ/Jared
    C - Meyers/Przybilla/Freeland

    in my opinion,i don't like ronnie too much, i think it will be better if we can get a better mentor for lillard and nolan, a guy like Bibby or Fisher who once was a great point guard but old enough not to hurt Lillard and Nolan playing time, and i don't know maybe its hard to get them here so for now Ronnie is ok.

    i agreed to waive gadzuric too, we got Pryz to sign back,he's better than Gadzuric,on and off the court,a great mentor for Meyers,  and for jared i really like him, who's doesnt need a defensive specialist?

    and for me Barton is a steal! he will be  SF, put some more weight and he's good, i hope Claver will show us something good too, babbit is inconsistent and maybe we can get babbit and others like sasha,ronnie,Gadzuric in trade scenario

    I love the Grit and Grind, and I love the Spurs timeless play. I think if the Spurs get to the finals, they will beat the heat, but they won''t beat the Grizzlies easily, and the Grizz can''t beat the Heat. I know it''s weird.
