    If the rumor is true that Phil Jackson wants to work for the Blazers I feel Paul Allen should do everything possible to bring his knowledge here. I would hope Jackson and Oshey could be professionals and build a strong team together. This would also show Allen really wants to win. You have to give it a shot!!!

    If it happens, you might as well pencil Brian Shaw in right now. We'd also get the knowledge of Ol Tex Winters.

    I would be shocked if Phil Jackson was hired here. Paul Allen will never have anyone here telling him what to do. Allen is one of those owners like Al Davis, and Jerry Jones that have complete control over every decision made. That's why Portland never has or never will have a big name coach, President, GM or anything as long as Paul Allen is the owner.

    Well Mr. Allen did it in Seattle with Pete Carroll.  I think he needs to buy another Sports team so he can Micro Manage that team instead of the Blazers.

    I could care less about front office personel at this point. Get the team right. Handle the Batum thing.Personally,worth it or not, i say match the offer and move on. Find a damn coach already. Id rather have D. Fish on the floor with Lillard than Nolan.

    Okay, I''ll admit it, I like Asik better. I definitely think they will both have very good careers. And finally, someone who agrees, that Ibaka is a  shot blocker, not really a great defender.

    Henson will be solid down the road but his ceiling is more like Taj Gibson. He is a great role player but not elite like Sanders and Ibaka could be if people were not so willing to shoot on him.
