I really regret that Claver & Freeland are off due to international duties because It would be nice to see how the Freeland cooperates with Leonard in terms of creating a court vision plan in new season.Productivity of Claver may be a factor in any Batum deal if we see the Spaniard doing well. But they out so it's just pure speculation.

I'd rather focus on the backcourt then. First impressions of player tendencies, skills etc...

that was a good game by our newcomers + Luke Babbitt. I'm really huge admirer of Lillard offensive & mental attributes, the way he plays, the way he controls , the way he handles the things and when it came to prove himself he did in the great manner (apart from last FT's ;) )  Leonard was a beast , his energy is not running out, he really runs & jumps a lot , forcing people to make a bad decisions or altered shots. He's nice in pick n roll situations, set some screens (on and off ball) I'd love to see him in low post manoeuvring & pick n pop in next games.

It was only one game, but at risk of jumping to conclusions i think that Leonard will be more of a factor this year than many have given him credit for. Kid has energy for days and isnt dumb about how he expends it.

Unfortunately Meyers had been outplayed by D-Mo in low post D as well in boxing out against group of aggressive Rockets players. That concludes a question: Is he going to be ready against skillful players and can he avoid committing easy fouls ?

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Thank God they are 19 games over 500.  Mayb...

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...

Yeah and now Blazers have zero interest in Bynum. I really thought he was worth the small risk. If anything he would be at the end of our bench and we use him as a sub. Hopefully we do make some type of trade for a quality back up center. Right no...
