    We can give Oden 4 or so years on the DL, but we can't give B-Roy one year on the DL?

    We can't have B-Roy back in Portland until after the '14-'15 season because of the amnesty clause we used on him.
    2. Nic's agent is sending a smokescreen to get his client more money. Trust me, the worst part about Nic is his agent. Always tryna get something neither of them deserve, and goes to unneccessary lengths that make things harder than they are. 
    Remember, nothing official til the 11th.

    So upset about Brandon Roy.  Don't know what to think about him anymore.  He QUIT on us!

    Wait until you see how this plays out before you get upset.  He may have helped us more than hurt us by "quitting" on us.  That contract would've been terrible moving forward.  His retirement pushed the use of amnesty.  It was good.  Another unknown sitting around on our DL at max money would be killing us in so many other ways right now.  Roy will have a spotty carreer coming back at best.  He won't play starter minutes.  He'll be taking lots of time off to rest his knees.  We needed to do what we did with him regardless of this comeback.  It's OK people.

    Hold on a sec! hes not quitting on us... when can we have him back? 2014? What year is it? 2012! how long is his new contract? 2 years... im pretty sure he put us in sights if he does well in those two years.... and we would take hi back if he does! and you all know you would if he plays well!

    Are you kidding me? Stop and rethink about what is happening right now. He did us a favor in fact at the time I am pretty sure that he did not know if he could play  at a professional level again. He could have stayed on for the next 5 years and we payed him 15 million a year going towards our cap space and we would have never been able to go out and get anyone in hopes that he could play what maybe 12 mins a game? No my friend you have it wrong Brandon Roy has ethics that few people would emmulate in a similar situation. He went to a team that would give him a chance I am not going to begrudge him that in fact I applaud it.
