If any of you hear about trades, can you please post them here?  Or if DHawes or someone already created a Trades thread, can we put it at the top of the list?  This is going to become a popular topic I think and I just saw about a couple transactions when I was watching the ticker.

Looked it up on NBA.com:  The Bucks acquired veteran center Samuel Dalembert from the Rockets in a trade Wednesday. The Bucks said they got Dalembert, the 14th overall pick in Thursday's draft, a future second round pick and cash considerations from Houston in exchange for forwards Jon Brockman and Jon Leuer, guard Shaun Livingston and the 12th pick.

And I guess this happened a day or two ago, but:  The Timberwolves acquired swingman Chase Budinger from the Rockets in exchange for the 18th overall pick in the draft.

Who do you want to go after in Trades or FA? I'm thinkin it's probably still important to bring in an NBA-experienced point and/or center, just to anchor some of our less-tested players... we still have Thomas, correct? Thomas/Leonard still seems a little less than solid at the C, so do we keep Thabeet and train him with Leonard, or go after someone like Kaman or Lopez (believe he's an FA?)... I love Przybilla, but it hurt to see him towards the end of last season, he just couldn't move enough to defend. On the other end, do we still need to pick up a Dragic/Lowry/Brooks to guide Lillard for at least the first half of the season? I just don't have faith in any combo of Lillard/Flynn/Smith being 100% ready to go for a full season without some help.

We sign Thabeet/Przybilla cheap. with the summer Gorilla will be ready to start and play 15-20 min per. then bring Leonard and Thabeet off the bench until one of them decide they are going to be the future center in Portland. We offer Bayless/Flynn 2-3 million each per year/2 years to back up Lillard. We offer Illasova 5 million per year/4 years, Batum 8 million per year/5 years and they split time. We offer Hickson 5 million per to backup LA. But this leaves us with a huge dilemma WE MUST GET RID OF SOME PERSONNEL (Smith, Smith, Matthews, Thomas, S. Williams and ?) It would be nice to get some return like draft picks and I think there are a lot of teams interested in most of these guys (at least for 2nd rounders, Matthews and Smith might get a first) or package 2-3 for a first rounder.

Hey there''s no guarantee Noel will go 1st. If I''m the Cavs I would definitely consider trading down.

I don''t like Dwight, but he''s a top center in the league. I say top not thee top because I''d easily pick Marc Gasol, Joakim Noah, and maybe even Roy Hibbert over him.

Exactly that is the issue with Leonard he does not use his athleticism on either side of the ball.

I flat out called out LA''s poor passing in a thread a few months ago. His passing is so much better than when he was young but he needs to get better.
