Why are we looking at Shooting guards when Elliot Williams is the future SG for the Blazers and has more talent that even Brad Beal? Also Wes Mathews is awesome!

Focus should be to get PG and Center. I like Lillard at PG and Zeller at Center. Then get the best free agent PG and Center that we can to add to roster of Joel (if he comes back) Alridge, Hickson(if we can sign him again), Batuum, Babbitt, and Smith. The rest of the roster can walk away...Felton, Thabeet, Flynn, Craig Smith, Thomas.

One Matthews has been very inconsistent and two Williams has not managed to stay healthy enough to remain on the court.

Elliot has has one shoulder injury. Other than that, he did not get minutes under Nate. If he goes away, someone else will have an all star. Matthews had an off year, but should be kept. One bad year in a year where there was so many game and ups and downs does not count him out. He will be back. Olshey wont let him go, or EWill.

more talent than beal? based on what? "matthews is awesome". that's not gonna convince anybody. matthews can't even run a 3 on 1 break. i love his defense and intensity but he is lacking greatly in a lot of fundamental areas.  we can surely upgrade at the 2 guard position. typically championship teams have their 2 guard as their 1st or 2nd scoring option.  you really need to pack a punch at that position. i don't believe in having a role player at that position (unless used like sefalosha in OKC)
Ewill shows a lot of promise but nothing close enough to confidently say he is allstar material.

I humbly disagree. EWill would eat Beal for lunch one on one. I agree with your assessment of Wesley.

The problem with JJ remains the same at the 4 or 5 he is just not a good enough defender. Milsap and especially Smith are good defenders. The also both offer more on the offensive side than JJ does.

Howard would be fine if he was the same player he was in Orlando, but his back has really slowed him down and he is no longer the most dominant center in the league. His offense was always trying to dunk on people and getting fouled he has not imp...

Exactamundo. Seriously though, both of you''ll are right. The blame should be placed on the attacker, not Lillard. That being said, Dame should have stepped in.

Sanders is 6''11" Cailin he is about 5 pounds lighter than LA so his size should not be an issue.

I completely agree. Pierce would bring a culture change. And we as a team really needed someone to help our young players through the tough times. Jeffires and Pavlovic were veterans who didn''t see much court time and from what I saw didn''t real...

Joakim Noah has had his injury troubles. His crazy game and high energy make him a constant injury threat. What separates him from Oden and Rose (I had to just mention him) is his willingness to play the way he loves.
