The Draft Rater Insider content, so I can't put the majority of Hollinger's ratings and comments here, but some of the highlights include:
    1. Anthony Davis
    2. Thomas Robinson
    3. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
    4. Dion Waiters
    5. Andre Drummond
Hollinger's Draft Rater isn't a big fan of Portland target, Damian Lillard-
One player that Draft Rater isn't crazy about is Damian Lillard of Weber State, who compiled strong numbers but did so against a weak schedule and is much older than most of the prospects at his position. He not only failed to outrank the top point guards above but also rates behind the less-heralded Tyshawn Taylor of Kansas. No. 6 clearly seems a stretch for Lillard, who looks more like a mid-to-late first-rounder in this analysis.
According to Hollinger's projects, stay away from all centers not named Andre Drummond-
In the tail end of the first round and throughout the second, we're sorting through several big men with fairly weak Draft Rater résumés. The Rater is a particularly harsh judge at the center position, where it frowns on the prospects of four centers with first-round aspirations -- Tyler Zeller (#23 overall), Meyers Leonard (#26), Fab Melo (#30) and Festus Ezeli (#29)-- and flat-out mocks Miles Plumlee, who is off-the-charts bad with a 2.49 Draft Rater projection.
Lastly, Waiters is still on the rise-
I have Waiters fourth for similar reasons. His size, 6-foot-4, is more of a concern, but whatever team made him a promise did a wise thing. Waiters projects as the best small wing since Dwyane Wade, and he'd be a steal if somebody got him in the Nos. 8-10 range currently being discussed.

I read one proclaimed expert who predicts everyone is trying to move up to draft Beal.  Then I read another that says Beal will fall out of the top five.  Also Barnes will fall out of the top five.  Then there is Lilliard who does not rank as good as several other pg's by one rater and another that says he will not make it past #8.  All of this fodder is making it almost impossible to draw conclusions on the draft.  I do not think any of information is legit.  I hope the Blazers are on their toes on this one.  This sounds more like a crap shoot.  Does anyone have something of value to add.  Discouraged!

I usually like Hollinger but have some issues with his player analysis

Last year he had Faried at #29 missed big there, Derrick Williams #2 looks like a flop, Klay Thompson #18 so his rankings are not always great either

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

P.S. Would anybody happen to have a...

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
