The Utah Jazz were not expecting Carlos Boozer to not opt out of his contract and went a little overboard with the contract extensions. Now, they are expected to go over their salary cap by approximately $10 million. That sounds like a good reason to trade Boozer to me. Plus, the Jazz have been looking at Channing Frye. In addition to him we could send over players like Michael Ruffin, Shavlik Randolph, Travis Outlaw, etc…            "Blazers and Boozers"                               Just my 2 cents

    What do you think?
I am a fan of The 503 Nation rising to the top. Rip City is back with an attitude.

i agree 2 some point but Aldridge is our starter not a backup so really
that would cause problems for our team

Not sure what that last one meant, but anyway my answer is a big fat NO! I don't like him, he's a punk, I wish Joel would have knocked him out that game. He's overrated and the dude is freaking FUGLY! He belongs on the list with Sam Cassell, George Mirusan, and Tyrone Hill. Besides, I don't think him and Brewer should be on seperate teams for the rest of their careers. It is just too funny. Brewer and Boozer, you could call them the Brewmeister and the Booze-hound. Everytime they hook up for an alley-oop you could say that the Brewer is feeding the Boozer's habit. But seriously, I don't like his game that much and he would be a distraction because he'd pout about coming in behind LA even though LA is going to be an ALL-Star this year. Bank it, Portland has 3 All-Stars on the Roster. Roy, Oden, Aldrige. I will also venture to say that they will have 2 on the Sophomore team in Rudy and Bayless. They could possibly have Batum on there too, but we'll have to see once the season starts. With Yao out, Oden will be the best Center in the Western Conference by FAR. That's my 2 cents. Bank it.

Pass. He is an expensive walking injury that does not play defense. Just my 1/50th of a dollar

RipCityRevival took the words out of my mouth. Couldn't have said it better. Boozer is a loser, that saying was made for a reason!
I am a fan of the love for our Trail Blazers :)

I like Jamal Franklin if we get the pick at 10 and if we''re going for a guard. I think Shabazz could be there but after workouts he''ll probably rise. I like that Jamal said his defense is like Tony Allen and his offense is like JR Smith. You hav...

if we still get 10th pick. i would look at mccollum, shabazz, pope, dieng, gobert, and franklin. the best choice would be shabazz or franklin. shabazz would be a deadly 3 pointer when team are not covering him. franklin would be nice but i never rese...

joint option for year three at like 8 million. Then if he works out you got him for a bargain for 2-3 years and if not it costs only 1.2 million for next year.

Paul Allen might sell the Blazers but the Blazers will never leave Rip City.
