    Does anyone know what it would take for S.Nash to land in Portland? Is he a restricted FA? Can we get him here without giving up anything except a max paycheck? He's the obvious choice for the perfect fit here at PG. I dream of seeing him and LA working the pick-n-roll. But if he decides to stay put or goes for Mia/NY, I believe the next best choice would be Dragic. Forget about Williams. Let him sign for 20mil somewhere else. Nash is a west coast native with interests in Vancouver, BC. We are the nearest team and I believe he will consider coming here. Especially if we can turn ourselves back into contenders through our draft picks and FA.

    PG: Nash/Dragic ; Machado/Marshall/Wooten ; Flynn/Smith
    SG: Matthews ; EWilliams
    SF: Batum ; Barnes/Babbit
    PF: LA ; Hickson
    C: Drummond/Hawes ; RLopez/Thabeet ; Pryzbilla

    If we can't draft Drummond at pick 6 we should get Harrison Barnes from UNC if he's there. Either go for Marshall at 11 or trade the pick and get Machado/Wooten later in the first round. Even if we can get Drummond we might want to try and get Hawes or someone else (RLopez) at Center in case Drummond is going to take longer to fit in to NBA play. Hawes went to school in UW. and might be a good fit out here.

    It would be pretty interesting is Nash signed with us. I stole this from somewhere else, but its kinda funny. Nash, part owner of the Whitecaps, playing for Portland, amongst a ton of Timbers fans, getting his checks signed by Paul Allen, who is a minority owner of the Sounders. Mixed feelings much? Lol.

    I love the Grit and Grind, and I love the Spurs timeless play. I think if the Spurs get to the finals, they will beat the heat, but they won''t beat the Grizzlies easily, and the Grizz can''t beat the Heat. I know it''s weird.
