Sorry to see Gerald go, but with the draft pick and more cap clearance, it makes for an exiting summer to shore this team up as a true contender for the west, with the ablility to aquire a couple max type players!

Thanks Crash for your energy and hustle! Just wish you were a more consistent outside shooter and didn't turn the ball over so much. WIth that said, you will be missed! Good luck in New Jersey.

I must admit that this is a disappointment.  I have always loved GW's gritty game and would have hoped that it worked here for him.  Something obviously didn't fit, however.  It is sad to see a quality guy like this who is eager to be loyal get shuffled for the second straight year.  Best of luck.  I hope D-wil makes you shine brighter than ever.

Best rental player the Blazers have ever hired. He's a fun guy to watch. Too bad he couldn't fit into the Blazers idea to lose every single game from here on out.

Thanks Crash.  You have more heart and toughness than anybody on this team.  Glad there is a team out there that recognizes a true winner.

Never understood the trade. The Blazers already had Batum. Why do we need another similar player?

um cause he was an almost allstar player at the time and he came cheap we gave them far less then a first round pick and we got a top 10 for him good moves all around

GW was my favorite player to watch while he was here. The dude plays for pride and that's something that the rest of this club could use to learn. But he never quite fit with the rest of the team, and a move certainly needed to be made. And with Nic basically having his breakout season, you have to clear up minutes for the wing players.

GW thank you for showing Portland hope again when we needed a fast pace game returned you brought it!!!! I will miss watching you in a Blazer jersey but I hope to watch you play for many more years. Best of luck to you

Good luck Crash!!  I loved your scrappy play, you reminded me of Jerome Kersey, another favorite players of mine.  I wish it would have worked out for you in Portland, but I wish you the best in NJ and look forward to seeing you back in PDX when we play you.  Blessings to you and your family.

We will ALL miss you man. No way around it. Sometimes teams have to make moves like this. It's just part of building up the team. But look at Pryzbilla, he is back in Portland. Thanks for everything. I hope to see you back in Portland...

To last year's Gerald...Goodbye and good luck in all future endeavors.  Loved having your leadership by example with regard to work ethic.  Your commitment to the game is (was) respectable.

To this season's GW...The (c)rash has apparently been taken out.  Nice game last night, though in a losing effort to the Cavs at home...27 and 12?  Interesting

First off Damian- Jack will make a lot more than 4 million next year. At minimum he will get a couple MLE offers starting at 5.15 million. Tony Allen will also get many MLE offers so to sign either will take at least 6 million probably closer to 8...

Unholy your failing to account for a few things. One Tony Allen has significantly outplayed his 3.3 million a year contract. He will get several MLE offers which starts at 5.15 million. So if you want him it will take at least that much probably m...

Rookies are fine a team should be able to carry 5 of them easily. The problem with us last year was we had no depth in front of the rookies. Lillard and Leonard as lottery picks should have gotten lots of playing time, which they did. However, Bar...

Rip the Larry Sanders trade would happen on draft day so people would already know we fixed out biggest weakness. Then once free agency begins its up to LA, Lillard, Stotts, Olshey and Paul Allen to lure people here. It becomes a lot easier to con...

i would love to get otto porter, he seem like the next kevin durant, he can score, rebound, pass, steal, block. maybe trade hickson, 2 2nd round pick for king 6th pick unless lottery ping pong go our ways and land in the top 3. if we stays at 10th pi...

Thanks Ricky.   I''ll be watching @ 10.   Haven''t seen enough right hand from Shazamm.   Without the ability to take his defender either way off the bounce, let alone finish at the cup with either hand?   Second rounder at best.
